Google Ads Management Built for Calls, Leads and Sales

MyMarketingMetrics builds and manages Google Ads accounts that spend on searches likely to become customers. Every campaign starts with tracking you can trust and ends with a report you can read.

What our Google Ads management includes

We handle the full account: research, structure, ads, tracking, bidding and reporting. You approve the plan, we run it, and you see results in terms of leads and revenue.

  • Keyword research based on buyer intent, with match types chosen on purpose
  • Campaigns organized by service and location, each with its own ads and assets
  • Responsive search ads, sitelinks, call assets and location assets written for each campaign
  • Conversion tracking for calls, forms, bookings and purchases
  • Bid strategy selection and budget pacing
  • Monthly reporting in plain English, with a live dashboard if you want one

Account structure that keeps spend under control

A well-built account makes it obvious where money goes and why. We group keywords tightly so each search lands on an ad and page that match it.

For one Houston-area home-services company, we rebuilt the account into campaigns of 25 to 40 exact-match keywords each, with assets written specifically for that campaign. Smaller, focused campaigns make search term reviews faster and keep generator searches from triggering electrical repair ads.

We review search terms on a regular schedule and add negative keywords to block wasted spend. When we use broad match or Performance Max, we do it with clean conversion data and clear guardrails in place.

Tracking that follows leads to paying customers

Google's bidding is only as smart as the conversions you feed it. We set up tracking before we scale budget.

That means separating real calls from short hang-ups, tracking form submissions without double counting, and setting up enhanced conversions where they fit. When you have a CRM, we can send qualified leads and closed sales back to Google Ads as offline conversions, so bidding learns which searches become paying jobs. Our marketing attribution work goes deeper on connecting ad clicks to revenue.

Ads that follow Google's policies

A suspended account costs more than any bad campaign. We only advertise what Google's policies allow, and we write ads and landing pages to match.

Some categories carry extra rules, such as financial services, healthcare, weapons-adjacent retail and anything that needs certification or verification with Google. We have built compliant campaigns and dedicated landing pages for a specialty retailer in a regulated category. If a product or claim cannot be advertised, we tell you up front instead of risking the account.

How we report results

You get one monthly report that answers three questions: what we spent, what it produced and what we are changing next.

We report cost per lead, cost per booked job or sale, and trends over time. If paid search shares the stage with Local Services Ads or organic search, we show them side by side so you can see the whole picture. For a quick sense of what your numbers can support, try our ROAS calculator.

FAQ

Questions people ask

How much should I spend on Google Ads?

Start with the cost of a customer you can afford. Say a new job is worth $1,500 in profit and one in four leads books. You could pay up to a few hundred dollars per lead and still come out ahead. We work backward from numbers like these, then set a test budget large enough to gather real data in your market within a few weeks.

How long before Google Ads produces results?

Search ads can produce calls within days of launch because they reach people already looking. Getting to a steady, efficient cost per lead usually takes longer, often several weeks, while we gather search term data, add negatives and let bidding learn from conversions. We share what we are seeing every step of the way, so you are never waiting in the dark.

Do you use Performance Max?

Sometimes. Performance Max can work well for ecommerce and for businesses with strong conversion data. It gives you less control over where ads appear, so we only use it when tracking is clean and we can set brand exclusions, audience signals and clear goals. For many lead-generation businesses, well-built Search campaigns remain the core of the account.

Will I own my Google Ads account?

Yes. The account stays in your name with your billing. We work through manager access, which you can remove at any time. All campaigns, conversion actions, audiences and history stay with you. We think this is the only fair way to run an agency relationship, and it keeps your data safe if anything changes.

Can you take over an account another agency built?

Yes. We start with an audit of structure, tracking, search terms and policy status. Then we keep what works, fix what is broken and rebuild where needed, usually in stages so lead flow does not stop. You get a written summary of what we found before we touch anything.
