What do we build for ecommerce?
We build and maintain WooCommerce stores on WordPress, from product setup through checkout, emails, tracking and product feeds. We focus on the operational parts that quietly cost sales when they break.
For a direct-to-consumer coffee and coffee-machine brand, we built roughly 40 pages of guides, gifting hubs and comparison content. We added an all-India PIN-code delivery checker, a gift finder that emails results, a waitlist experience and a kit builder. We also set up the SKU system, order emails, server-side purchase tracking and Merchant Center prep. All of it was deployed staging-first.
How do you fix checkout problems?
We test checkout the way a customer does, on real phones and with real payment methods, and fix every point where an order can fail or go unrecorded.
- Remove unneeded fields and steps.
- Check shipping rules, taxes, coupons and delivery-area logic.
- Confirm payment gateways return customers to the thank-you page.
- Fix attribution when checkout runs on a third-party domain, so sales are not credited to the payment provider.
- Record purchases server-side so ad blockers and browser limits do not hide them.
That third-party checkout fix is one we have done before. Without it, your reports can show sales coming from the payment page instead of the ad that earned them.
Why do SKUs and inventory structure matter?
A clean SKU system makes inventory, fulfillment, ads and reporting work. Messy product data creates overselling, wrong items shipped, and product feeds that get rejected.
We design SKU codes that encode the details you care about, like product line, size or roast. We pair them with an inventory workbook your team can actually maintain and printable barcode labels for packing. Variations, bundles and kits are set up so stock is deducted correctly. When you are ready, this data can move from a spreadsheet into a proper system through our data engineering work.
What order emails should a store send?
Every store needs reliable confirmation and shipping emails first. After that, a few well-timed lifecycle emails can bring customers back.
- Order confirmation, sent immediately.
- Shipping notice with tracking.
- Review request after delivery, sent to every customer. We do not filter out unhappy buyers, because review-gating breaks platform rules.
- Restock reminder with an offer, only for customers who agreed to marketing emails.
None of this works if emails land in spam or never send. We repair SMTP settings and authenticate your sending domain so order emails reach the inbox.
How do you prepare a store for Google Merchant Center?
We make sure your product data, policies and site meet Merchant Center requirements before you submit, so the feed is approved and Shopping ads can run.
- Accurate titles, prices, availability, GTINs or identifiers, and images.
- Visible shipping, return and contact information.
- Product schema on each page that matches the feed.
- Conversion tracking connected to Google Ads.
Once the feed is live, our ecommerce growth team can run Shopping and Performance Max campaigns on top of it.
How is ecommerce development priced?
Store builds, migrations and fixes are handled by our Engineering team and quoted per project after scoping. Ongoing store support can be added after launch.
If you want marketing alongside the build, our monthly Growth programs are scoped to your goals and quoted after a free audit. Ad spend is always paid directly to the platforms. Selling online from Houston or anywhere in the US? See how we work with ecommerce brands.
