How we handle case studies
Full case studies with names, numbers and quotes are published only with a client's written permission. Many businesses prefer to keep their marketing data private, and we respect that.
The summaries below describe real projects with identifying details removed. They include no performance metrics, because metrics without context and permission can mislead. If you want to hear how a similar project went, ask us on a call and we will share what we can.
Home-services company: ads, local presence and lead routing
Who: A Houston-area home-services company offering generator and electrical work.
What we built: A restructured Google Ads account with tight exact-match keyword groups and campaign-specific assets, Google Local Services Ads, city service landing pages, a weekly Google Business Profile post program, and Looker Studio reporting comparing organic and paid performance year over year. We set up call and form conversion tracking, then routed leads through GoHighLevel and Zapier into the company's field-service CRM with duplicate prevention, plus a separate workflow for leads from retail partners.
Why: Leads arrived from many sources and were hard to trace or follow up consistently. The owner needed one clean lead record and plain-English reports. Related services: Google Ads and CRM development.
D2C coffee brand: SEO build and full-journey tracking
Who: A direct-to-consumer coffee and coffee-machine brand in India, running on WooCommerce.
What we built: A content and SEO build of guides, gifting hubs, city delivery pages and comparisons, with structured data and an llms.txt file for AI search. We added a PIN-code delivery checker, gift finder, waitlist and kit builder. On the data side, we set up GA4 and GTM tracking across the full journey, server-side purchase tracking through the GA4 Measurement Protocol and Meta Conversions API, and a fix for attribution lost at a third-party checkout. We also repaired order emails and built a lifecycle sequence, including a review request sent to every customer.
Why: The brand needed to be found, to make gifting and delivery questions easy to answer, and to see which channels drove purchases. See ecommerce growth and attribution.
Home-improvement lender: pre-qualification flow
Who: A home-improvement lending website built on WordPress and Elementor.
What we built: A pre-qualification flow on the website, connected through Zapier to a credit-pull platform, with automatic approval notifications.
Why: Applicants needed a quick, clear way to check eligibility, and the business needed decisions to reach both applicant and staff without manual steps. Related: automation.
Specialty retailer: policy-compliant advertising
Who: A specialty retailer in a category with strict advertising rules.
What we built: Google Ads campaigns written within platform policy, a compliant landing subdomain, local SEO city pages and an optimized Google Business Profile.
Why: The business needed search visibility without putting its ad account at risk. Every ad and page was checked against platform policy before launch.
